Like with most things, there are good bits and bad bits - I am afraid this Surgery has slipped more and more into the latter in recent years (I am certainly looking at the idea of leaving / finding a different practice). The availability of appointments is perhaps the worst issue (mentioned by other reviewers) but their attitude towards patients, and their communication can be very poor at times too. Parking is atrocious/ poorly managed, and some of the doctors themselves are distinctly average (if not arrogant) but make no mistake, there are good doctors and other staff there too. One of the best aspects - having an on-site pharmacy - is closely connected to one of the worst: the way the surgery handles repeat prescriptions. IF or when it works well, there is a pretty good online system ... when things go wrong, the people involved in this aspect are awful (inaccessible - can't be contacted by phone - and with awful attitudes ... they treat you like they are some kind of 'gods' and you are just a darn nuisance for contacting them - even when the problems are entirely down to THEM !)

We are fortunate to have good health and visits to the surgery are generally to do with on going controlled medical conditions. When we have had a rare unexpected need to see a doctor whilst we can not always see our own GP we have not had any problems seeing another GP

Unlike other reviewers I have always found all the staff really helpful and have been given urgent appointments when I have needed them. The new online booking is terrific. Our family has always had good care from all concerned at the surgery and I am very happy to be registered there, particularly when you hear about other surgeries.

Can'not see your own doctor. Appointments impossible. Receptionists unhelpful and rude.

Very helpful people and lovely doctors. Very good that they have a pharmacy in the surgery as well.
